North Norfolk Garage Conversion.

Project Location: Holt, North Norfolk

Sterne Design was appointed by one of our wonderful clients to transform their un-used garage into a multi-use space, to be enjoyed by their neighbours and friends set in Holt, North Norfolk. During the free initial consultation we were able to gain a good understanding of how the client envisaged their space being used and we were able to offer sketch ideas for our clients consideration, to form part of the brief. It was our clients dream to create a room where friends could read poetry, play music or simply just sit and delve into good book. Sterne Design worked closely with the client throughout the project to ensure the proposal met with our clients expectations.

Internal Space

Visualisations are such a powerful tool and really help those who struggle to read 2D drawings gain a full appreciation for the design. This is why Sterne Design looks to provide 3D visualisations on all projects during their sketch stage.

Sketch Diagram

As the brief for this proposal was to create a multi-use space, the proposal has been designed in a way to adapt to suit the spaces needs. This hand sketch was presented as part of the ‘sketch stage’ to show the idea of a fold down stage for poetry readings or for small music sessions.
