Two-Storey & Single-Storey Rear Extension, Sheringham.

Project Location: Sheringham, North Norfolk

A two-storey and single-storey rear extension built to improve our clients home, providing them with the much needed open-plan living accommodation at ground level and additional bedroom space at first floor. The client was keen to add an extension which felt an integral part of the existing property by using materials and architectural styling to match. All windows and doors were replaced to provide a sense of depth upon each elevation, internal ceilings were designed vaulted and proportions were discussed throughout the design to ensure the final build would deliver and meet with our clients brief.
